  2. It is a real, functioning address where you are currently receiving email.
  3. Someone was able to read it and it was entered correctly into the club's records.

If you know #1 and #2 are true, then enter that email address into the space below and click "Send Password". Provided #3 is also true, you will receive your password via email in a few minutes.
